Shipping & Handling 

Orders are shipped via USPS. Standard shipping orders in the United States take 5-7 business days.  We'll provide you with tracking info once your order has shipped. Be sure to include your email :)

  • Please allow up to 5 days for your order to be fulfilled

RETURN POLICY 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the manufacturer's facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the manufacturer's facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

 

IMPORTANT!!!

---    All items are made to order. For that reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a defective item, we'll happily replace it.  Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size.  Please contact us at info@ecuaindahouse.com for further info.
